The 24-year-old goalkeeper joins Arsenal after parting ways with Real Madrid earlier this summer, where she played in the Spanish Liga F Moeve.
During her six-year tenure at Real Madrid, Rodríguez became the club’s record appearance holder with 215 matches played. She played a vital role in helping the team solidify its position in Spain and advance in European competitions.
Before her time at Real Madrid, Rodríguez played for Atlético Madrid, where she secured three Liga F Moeve titles, and also had a brief stint with Deportivo de La Corona. Her career at Real Madrid allowed her to establish a significant legacy.
Internationally, Rodríguez has represented Spain 25 times and has been part of the squad that won the FIFA Women’s World Cup and the UEFA Women’s Nations League.
