Karim Adeyemi Joins FC Barcelona Training After Transfer Completion
After more than a week of anticipation, Karim Adeyemi has successfully completed his first training session as a FC Barcelona player under coach Hansi Flick.
The German winger stayed in Barcelona since last week, waiting for the final administrative details of his transfer to be finalized before joining his new teammates.

That wait concluded on Thursday, when the club officially unveiled him, allowing him to pose for photographs with president Joan Laporta and address the media for the first time as a Barça player.
First session with his new teammates
On the morning following his presentation, Adeyemi arrived at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper shortly before 8:45 a.m., this time as a fully registered squad member rather than a guest.
Having previously met his teammates during his time in Barcelona, the 24-year-old was finally able to train alongside them, participating in his first full session in club training gear. This will help him adjust to Flick’s methods and build his fitness ahead of the new season.
Europa match likely to come too soon
Despite completing his first workout, Adeyemi is not expected to play in Barcelona’s behind-closed-doors friendly against CE Europa on Friday evening, reports SPORT.

Having completed only one session under Flick, it is reasonable for the 24-year-old attacker not to be rushed into his first match in tonight’s friendly against Europa.
With an upcoming trip to England, Adeyemi will have the opportunity to showcase his skills when Barcelona faces Birmingham City in a pre-season friendly on July 31.
Days later, the Blaugrana will also take on Preston North End in a closed-doors encounter, offering Adeyemi another chance to establish his place in the team before the season begins.
Currently, Adeyemi is unlikely to feature in the closed-doors friendly against the Primera RFEF side later today.

The winger is expected to join a list of absentees that includes Ronald Araujo, Alejandro Balde, and Hafiz Gariba.
In addition to Adeyemi’s first training session, Friday’s morning practice saw Balde continuing to work away from the group, while Araújo trained individually as he works toward full fitness.
