AS Roma has officially welcomed Marten De Roon to their roster after securing a permanent transfer from Atalanta. The club announced his arrival, revealing that De Roon has opted for the number 15 jersey.

In total, De Roon made 445 official appearances for Atalanta, contributing 23 goals during his tenure with the Bergamo club. The Dutch midfielder has also represented his national team 44 times, making two appearances in the World Cup in 2022 and 2026.
