Inter Milan Open to Offers for Alessandro Bastoni, Barcelona May Revisit Interest
Inter Milan is reportedly open to considering substantial offers for Alessandro Bastoni next summer, which could allow Barcelona to rekindle their interest in the Italian international.
According to journalist Matteo Moretto on Radio MARCA, both the Nerazzurri and the defender are currently satisfied with their situation, but a compelling offer could prompt the club to contemplate a sale.

Barcelona’s Previous Interest Did Not Lead to a Move
Bastoni was linked to Barcelona during the summer transfer window as the club looked to strengthen its defense. However, Moretto indicates that the absence of manager Hansi Flick’s approval stalled any potential negotiations regarding the Inter defender.

Nonetheless, recent reports suggest that the 27-year-old player is back on the Catalans’ agenda.
The club is reevaluating its defensive needs, particularly as recent matches and injuries have highlighted a lack of depth in the centre-back position.

With his left-footed style and ball-playing capabilities, Bastoni has once again become a viable option for the La Liga champions.
Inter Could Listen if a Sufficiently High Offer Arrives
Although Inter has not actively expressed a desire to part ways with Bastoni, as previously stated, both the club and player are content with their current arrangements. Therefore, any sale would likely depend on the magnitude of an offer received.
Should a substantial bid arrive next summer, it could lead Inter to reconsider their stance on the player.

Moreover, earlier reports indicated that Bastoni could be open to joining Barcelona, having already expressed willingness for a move during the previous summer.
Currently, however, there are no concrete steps, and the report does not specify the fee required to trigger a sale. It also does not mention that Barcelona is preparing a formal offer at this time.
More significantly, Moretto notes that Inter would consider any potential sale of Bastoni only in the summer, indicating that a transfer during the upcoming January transfer window is not on the table.
How Barcelona will proceed and whether they will make a serious bid for Bastoni remains to be seen after choosing not to pursue him in the summer.
