Raphinha Shines as Barcelona Push for LaLiga’s Top Spot
Barcelona aims to regain first place in LaLiga on Saturday, bolstered by an impressive performance from Raphinha.
The Brazilian forward netted the opening goal less than 10 minutes into the match after receiving an inch-perfect pass from Pedri. Fermin Lopez then squared the ball across the box, allowing Raphinha an easy tap-in.

With this goal, Raphinha has tallied 14 LaLiga goals in just 10 games this season. According to Opta, this marks the highest record for any player across Europe’s five major leagues so far this year. Only Cristiano Ronaldo achieved more in a similar timeframe, scoring 18 goals in the 2014/15 season.
Raphinha continued his strong performance by securing a brace, bringing his season total to 15 goals with a skillful touch while on the move.
In contrast, he managed only 13 LaLiga goals in total last year. Fans are left wondering just how high his goal tally can climb this season. Join the conversation in the comments below.
