Inter Dominates Feyenoord 3-0 in UCL Match

Inter Milan Secures Dominant 3-0 Victory Over Feyenoord in Champions League

Inter Milan made a decisive statement in the UEFA Champions League with a 3-0 victory against Feyenoord in Rotterdam, spearheaded by goals from Yann Bisseck, Pio Esposito, and Piotr Zielinski.

After suffering a 3-1 defeat to rivals AC Milan in the Derby della Madonnina on Saturday, the Nerazzurri faced pressure, having lost their first two Champions League games, with the only victory against Shakhtar Donetsk being a narrow 1-0 win. Their situation was further complicated by Alessandro Bastoni’s suspension and injuries to key players including Lautaro Martinez, Curtis Jones, Luis Henrique, and John Stones.

Feyenoord had previously secured a 3-2 win over Como earlier this season, but they were missing several crucial players: Jakub Moder, Bart Nieuwkoop, Gijs Smal, Jeremiah St. Juste, Thomas Beelen, and Jordan Bos.

Inter got off to a strong start, taking the lead just eight minutes into the match when Yann Bisseck pressed high, recovered the ball, and skillfully turned between two defenders to score with a precise left-footed shot into the far corner. This marked the defender’s first-ever goal in the Champions League.

Federico Dimarco had a pair of attempts blocked at the near post, while Anis Hadj Moussa managed to elude him, forcing a challenging save from goalkeeper Josep Martinez.

Inter doubled their advantage when Djed Spence broke down the right flank and sent in a deflected cross, which Pio Esposito met with a header from close range, despite Feyenoord’s protests of a foul in the build-up.

Piotr Zielinski narrowly missed the target with a powerful effort, then tested the Feyenoord goalkeeper with another long-range shot just before the half-time break.

Spence threatened the goalkeeper again after a strong run, and after several close attempts, Zielinski finally added the third goal with a fierce drive from the edge of the box.
