Headline: Aldershot Secures Defender Josh Robinson on Permanent Deal
Aldershot has officially signed former Arsenal academy defender Josh Robinson on a permanent contract. The 21-year-old right-back made his debut in the National League Cup, playing against Ipswich Under-21s on Tuesday. This addition bolsters the squad as they prepare for the FA Cup first round matchup against Barnsley on Saturday.
After departing from Arsenal, Robinson had also spent time at Wigan Athletic and Kidderminster Harriers.
Aldershot manager Scott Davies expressed enthusiasm about the new signing, stating, “He’s been training with us for a few weeks now and has really impressed myself and the staff.”
