Udinese launch €6m bid for Partizan Belgrade midfielder Ognjen Ugresic
Udinese have entered a competitive bidding war for Partizan Belgrade midfielder Ognjen Ugresic, offering €6m for the young talent. The Italian club currently faces stiff competition from Sassuolo, Bologna, Club Brugge, Eintracht Frankfurt, and AS Monaco for his signature.
According to Tuttomercatoweb transfer pundit Marco Conterio, the Friulani submitted the proposal to the Serbian club in an effort to secure the midfielder.
This offer surpasses the €5m bid previously prepared by Sassuolo. Meanwhile, Bologna remains interested and continues to monitor the player’s progress closely.
Udinese targeting Ugresic
Udinese view Ugresic as the ideal replacement for Arthur Atta, who has just completed his transfer to Fiorentina.
The competition for the Serbian prospect remains high, with Club Brugge, Eintracht Frankfurt, and AS Monaco also expressing interest.
Ugresic, who turns 20 next week, earned his first senior cap for Serbia in October 2025. A graduate of the Partizan Belgrade youth academy, he broke into the senior squad in January 2025. While he primarily operates as an attacking midfielder, he also possesses the versatility to play in a more advanced role.
