The Addicks made the announcement through a series of posts on their official club website earlier today, revealing that all three players have signed one-year extensions at The Valley.
Midfielder Humphrey joined Charlton Athletic in summer 2023 after leaving Liverpool. The 29-year-old missed much of last season after the birth of her first child but returned to assist The Addicks in their penalty shootout victory over Leicester City in the end-of-season play-off.
Defender Mason signed on at The Valley last summer after leaving Birmingham City. The 30-year-old made 11 appearances for Charlton Athletic in Barclays WSL2.
Goalkeeper Pedersen joined Charlton Athletic from Rugby Borough last summer. She returned to the second tier after a one-year absence and provided strong competition in goal for the South Londoners last season.

With these extensions, Charlton Athletic has retained 11 members of its promotion-winning squad for the 2026/2027 season. The club is now focused on adding higher-tier talent to bolster its chances of remaining competitive in the Barclays Women’s Super League for multiple seasons, with several new arrivals anticipated at The Valley in the coming weeks.
