The transfer fee remains undisclosed; however, Motherwell confirmed that they received a club record for the forward, following an outstanding year at the club.
Just joined Motherwell in 2025 and had previously spent most of his career in Denmark. During his time at Fir Park, he made 43 appearances and was instrumental in helping the team secure European football, contributing seven goals and eight assists. His impressive performance also earned him a nomination for Premiership Player of the Year.
“He can play in more than one position and his versatility will be a great fit in the side,” said Swansea head coach Vitor Matos. “Elijah joins us after performing well in all aspects of our recruitment process, and after a brilliant performance at the World Cup, we are very happy to have him with us.”
