In a similar vein, Arsenal has set a firm maximum valuation for Bruno Guimaraes and plans to offer £70m, demonstrating their reluctance to overpay for the Newcastle and Brazil midfielder.
Additionally, Arsenal holds significant interest in Aston Villa’s England defender Ezri Konsa and has inquired about the 28-year-old’s availability as their primary defensive target.
The Gunners are also considering Como’s Jacobo Ramon as a potential addition to their defense, although contract clauses may complicate any deal.
With the loss of Rogers, Arsenal continues to search for attacking options.
The club is eyeing Atletico Madrid‘s forward Julian Alvarez as a dream target. However, the player’s aspiration to join Barcelona and the potential transfer fee, which could surpass the British record of £125m set when Alexander Isak moved from Newcastle to Liverpool, pose challenges.
Arsenal has also looked into acquiring Paris St-Germain winger Bradley Barcola.
