Willy Vogt could have been referring to various topics, but this time he emphasized the remarkable support for Motherwell in Helsinki.

The Steelmen have completely sold out their away allocation at the Bolt Arena for Thursday’s Conference League third qualifying round match against HJK, and Vogt assures that he and his team-mates are committed to rewarding their fans.

“It’s incredible; it’s not normal for that many people to travel in Europe,” Vogt stated, reflecting on his impressive performance in a recent victory over Hibs during an interview with BBC Sport Scotland.

“Every single away ticket sold out, with some fans seeking additional tickets. We have the full support from the community,” he noted. “We want to offer them some exciting football; it’s just awesome.”

Brazil-born Vogt also praised Alfred Johansson, describing him as “calm,” and credited him for bringing the team to this stage.

“We’re very excited; this is the next step in our European journey,” the 24-year-old remarked. “They’re a tough opponent, and it’s going to be challenging, but we’re here to win.
