“I’m very happy to be here, I really like the team’s style of play and its philosophy, and I hope I can help the team improve even more. I believe this is an important step in my career, and I can’t wait to get started,” Couto stated on the club’s website.
Como head coach Cesc Fabregas commented: “Yan is a brave and technically strong player who gives us different options on the right side. He likes to play forward, has great energy and fits well with the way we want to play. He is still young, but already has important experience, and we believe he can continue to grow with us.”
