Borussia Dortmund have completed the signing of Giannis Konstantelias from Greek side PAOK, the club has announced.

The attacking midfielder completed his medical last Sunday, with both clubs already in full agreement over the transfer.

The 23-year-old Greek international will sign a contract until 2030 for a guaranteed fee of €26 million, plus an additional €6 million in performance-related add-ons. The total package is expected to reach around €30 million and includes a 15% sell-on clause.

Dortmund’s swift action to secure this deal is noteworthy. Get German Football News reported only last week that Dortmund had revived their interest in Konstantelias.

Upon signing for BVB, Konstantelias expressed his delight: “I am very much looking forward to playing for Borussia Dortmund in future. BVB is a great club and I will give my all to be successful here.”
