Multiple sources confirm that Diego Moreira is set to arrive on Tuesday at 11:00 UK time (12:00 CEST) for his medical examination with AC Milan, as part of a transfer deal worth at least €50 million from RC Strasbourg.

The negotiations appear to have occurred either very quickly or under the radar, as it was confirmed this afternoon that an agreement had been reached.

Reports indicate some variation in the figures, with estimates suggesting a guaranteed payment between €45 million and €50 million, along with minor add-ons and a percentage of future sale proceeds.

Strasbourg has granted Moreira permission to travel, and many outlets, including Sky Sport Italia and MilanNews have verified that his flight will land at Linate Airport at the scheduled time.

The Belgium international winger will then undergo medical tests prior to signing a contract that runs until June 2031.

Moreira had been rumored to join clubs like Roma, RB Leipzig, and Galatasaray; however, Milan managed to secure the transfer with assistance from agent Jorge Mendes, who has strong connections with the Rossoneri.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano noted that Moreira was keen on making a move to Serie A. This was evident two weeks ago when he shared a video of himself training in pre-season while wearing a Milan jersey belonging to his Belgium teammate Alexis Saelemaekers.

Strasbourg have this evening given Moreira permission to travel, and numerous sources including Sky Sport Italia and MilanNews all confirm his flight should land at Linate Airport on Tuesday at 11.00 UK time (12.00 CEST).
