Liverpool will take on Tottenham as teams competing in Europe enter the third round of the Carabao Cup. Leeds could potentially go up against Chelsea if the London club triumphs over Luton on Thursday.

Manchester United will clash with Premier League rivals Brighton, while defending champions Manchester City will host Norwich.

Fleetwood, the only fourth-tier team remaining in the competition, will welcome Sheffield United.

The nine Premier League teams participating in Europe, including Arsenal, Aston Villa, Bournemouth, Brighton, Crystal Palace, Liverpool, Manchester City, Manchester United, and Sunderland, will all join the Carabao Cup at this stage.

To prevent scheduling conflicts with the Champions League and Europa League opening rounds, the matches will occur during the weeks beginning Monday, September 7, and Monday, September 14.

The last two matchups will be confirmed on Thursday as Chelsea hosts Luton at 19:30 BST and Fulham takes on AFC Wimbledon at 20:00 BST.
