Headline: Napoli Targets New Signings as January Transfer Window Approaches
Serie A side Napoli is facing an inconsistent start to their season, prompting criticism aimed at coach Max Allegri. With the January transfer window on the horizon, the club has set its sights on bolstering its attacking options.
One of the main reasons for this move is the underwhelming performance of Lorenzo Lucca since his return in the summer.

Tuttomercatoweb reports that Napoli’s priorities for January include signing an attacker and a midfielder, with Monza’s Gustavo Varela emerging as a key target. Varela is currently the leading choice, but the decision will largely depend on Monza’s asking price and their willingness to sell midway through the season.
Additionally, another potential target is Mo Ali Zoma from Nurnberg and Italy. He could serve as a replacement for Noa Lang, whose situation has become uncertain following interest from Ajax and PSV.
Napoli aims for Lang to leave on a permanent basis, which may facilitate a move for Torino’s Alessio Cacciamani. Cacciamani has shown impressive form this season and was previously on Roma’s radar during the summer.
