Arsenal conducted an open training session on Tuesday morning, as is customary before Champions League matches. The Gunners are set to face Slavia Praha in an away game on Wednesday.

During the training, team updates were generally positive, particularly with the participation of William Saliba, who has returned to full fitness. While previous reports suggested Saliba’s readiness, the official confirmation is reassuring for the squad.

All players who faced Liverpool participated in the session, indicating no significant injury concerns. There was uncertainty regarding Eberechi Eze, but he also joined in on Tuesday.

Additionally, Max Dowman has been included in the training squad, despite serving a three-match suspension in the Premier League. The ban does not apply to European fixtures, allowing him to be available for selection against Slavia Praha, with signs pointing to his potential inclusion in the matchday squad.

Tuesday’s training session featured 24 players, although only 23 will make the final matchday roster. Youth goalkeeper Remy Mitchell participated but is unlikely to be chosen, considering the fitness of David Raya, Kepa Arrizabalaga, and Illan Meslier, all of whom are fit and ready.

This situation theoretically allows for the inclusion of all other trainees, including Dowman and Saliba.
