Inter Milan Aims to Extend Contract with Marcus Thuram
Inter Milan is actively looking to secure a contract extension for forward Marcus Thuram, who is currently committed to the club until June 2028, according to reports from Sky Sport.
Despite his current contract status, Thuram is inclined to take his time before entering discussions, focusing instead on his on-field performance. This effort aligns with Inter’s broader strategy to extend the contracts of several key players, including Federico Dimarco, Hakan Çalhanoğlu, and Carlos Augusto.
Thuram concluded the 2025-26 season with impressive stats, netting 18 goals and providing nine assists over 44 games for Inter. He has maintained a solid start this season, already contributing five goals and four assists in just 12 matches across all competitions.
Additionally, Thuram, who has earned 35 caps and scored three goals for the French national team, was notably absent from coach Zinédine Zidane’s initial squad. His performance could see him emerge as a surprise inclusion in the upcoming November squad.
