Bayern Munich Unfazed by Olise Transfer Speculations
Bayern Munich remains calm and collected in the wake of a report from French outlet L’Equipe, which stated that winger Michael Olise wants to force a move to Real Madrid this summer.
According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, the Bavarian management is unfazed, with senior officials collectively reaffirming that the 24-year-old French international is not for sale.

No pressure to sell
The Bundesliga champions believe they have the upper hand and will not succumb to external pressures. Olise’s current contract runs until June 2029 and does not include any release clauses, effectively locking all exit routes.
While Bayern acknowledges that the Santiago Bernabeu could be a potential future destination for the player, their immediate focus is on retaining him.

To reinforce this position, Bayern Munich is preparing to propose a contract extension aimed at elevating Olise to one of the club’s highest earners.

The Florentino Perez pact
Bayern’s confidence is supported by two key factors. The first is a personal assurance from Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.
Looking past public statements, Perez has reached out to Bayern to clarify that Real Madrid is not pursuing Olise this summer and has no plans to make an offer.
Thanks to the strong, long-term relationship between the two clubs, Bayern trust Perez’s assurance completely.

Direct feedback from Olise’s camp
The second foundation of Bayern’s confidence comes from direct communication with the player that contradicts media reports.
During his impressive FIFA World Cup performance, Bayern executives received consistent and reassuring messages from Olise and his representatives affirming their commitment to the club.
As of now, neither the player nor his agency has expressed any intention to leave Munich this summer.
Consequently, despite the rising media chatter from Spain and France, Bayern Munich remains completely at ease regarding Olise’s future and is planning next season’s squad with him as a core component.
