Blackpool has signed former loanee Karoy Anderson on a four-year deal from Championship side Charlton Athletic for an undisclosed fee.

The 21-year-old came through Charlton’s academy and went on to make 88 appearances for the club.

A Jamaica international, he joined Blackpool on loan in February following his contribution to Charlton’s promotion from League One during the 2024-25 season, where he made 16 appearances for the Seasiders.

“I had a really good time here last season and I’m confident we will have great seasons to come,” he told the club website.

Boss Ian Evatt added: “It’s taken a bit of time to get the deal over the line, but I’m delighted to be able to work with Karoy again as he was a major reason for our fine form at the back end of last season.”
