Reports from Sky Sport and Gazzetta suggest that Pierre Kalulu will play as right wing-back, while Koopmeiners will partner with Pape Matar Sarr in central midfield.
In an interesting twist, Koopmeiners will compete against his younger brother Peer, who also plays in central midfield and is expected to start for AZ Alkmaar.
Randal Kolo Muani and Nick Woltemade are anticipated to lead the attack, with Jeremie Boga completing a three-man front line, allowing Kerim Alajbegovic a chance to rest.
