Aston Villa have identified Paris Saint-Germain forward Ibrahim Mbaye (18) as a priority transfer target following the departure of Morgan Rogers (23) to Chelsea for £117m, according to a report from The Athletic. The Premier League club is keen to replace the England international attacking midfielder and they have pointed to the Senegalese international winger as a potential option.

Mbaye is highly sought after this summer. Villa are not the only club to express interest in his services, as Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City are also considering the 18-year-old forward. With new attacking reinforcements expected at the Parc des Princes, a departure for the teenager appears likely.

The PSG forward has hired a new agent as he looks to find a new club this summer. He has signed with Jorge Mendes’ agency ahead of a potential move away from the French capital. Coincidentally, Mendes also represents Aston Villa head coach Unai Emery.
