Internacional’s Alan Patrick Acquitted Ahead of Brasileirão Finale
Internacional received a positive update as midfielder Alan Patrick was acquitted by the Superior Court of Sports Justice (SJTD) during a hearing on Thursday, September 5.
The player, who wears the No. 10 jersey, had been facing the possibility of a suspension for up to six matches after he criticized officiating during an interview following the match between Fluminense and Inter.
In addition to this recent legal victory, Alan Patrick is also working to recover from a thigh injury with hopes to be ready for coach Eduardo Baptista.
Currently, Internacional sits in 16th place in the Brasileirão with 38 points, just above Corinthians, who are in the first relegation spot with 37 points.
The next match for Colorado will be against Vasco on Thursday, September 19, at 7:30 p.m. at São Januário, as they continue their campaign in the 35th round of the league.
