Headline: Jack Grealish Misses Everton’s Match Against Newcastle as He Fights for Fitness
Everton’s squad for the upcoming Premier League match against Newcastle United will not include Jack Grealish, who is currently focused on regaining his fitness. The 31-year-old forward was already sidelined during Everton’s recent EFL Cup win over the same opponent due to disciplinary reasons.
Last week, manager David Moyes confirmed that the England international faced disciplinary action, leading to his exclusion from the squad. According to reports from the Athletic, Grealish will not participate in tonight’s match either.
It’s still uncertain if Grealish will be ready to return for Everton’s next fixture against Coventry City, scheduled for Friday.
