Real Madrid Engages Jose Mourinho for New Season Ahead
This summer, Real Madrid has embarked on a new project under the guidance of experienced coach Jose Mourinho, aiming to restore the Merengue team to its winning ways after failing to secure any major titles in the past two seasons.
The Portuguese coach has been training his new squad for more than a week, but the pace of his work is set to increase in the coming days.

As Diario AS notes, Mourinho has just one month to prepare the team for the 2026-27 season, making it critical to ensure they are fully ready for the upcoming challenges.
The primary concern for Mourinho is the absence of several key first-team players who participated in the World Cup and consequently began their holidays later. Notably, Arda Guler and Federico Valverde have already reported for training, while Antonio Rudiger is expected to join the team soon.
Excitement surrounds the imminent arrival of full-back Denzel Dumfries, the first of four new signings, which will significantly assist Mourinho in determining the lineup for the crucial right flank position, where he will compete with Trent Alexander-Arnold for a starting role.
Some training sessions and friendly matches have already been scheduled, with the first game against Alcorcon set for this Friday. Following that, another friendly against Leganes is planned for July 28th, along with matches against Fiorentina and Deportivo Coruna. Another friendly in Northern Europe may also be finalized soon.

Unfortunately for Mourinho, players such as Marc Cucurella, Kylian Mbappe, Jude Bellingham, Ibrahima Konate, and Aurelien Tchouameni will be absent for most of these games, limiting his access to them in the lead-up to the new season.
As a result, the upcoming month presents a significant challenge for the new Real Madrid coach, as he works to prepare the team for the season ahead.
