The two former Brazil players have attended various Fifa World Cup 2026 matches, even outside of their own nation’s games, as Carlo Ancelotti’s side exited the tournament at the hands of Norway in the last 16.
Ronaldo and Ronaldinho were greeted with cheers from the sell-out crowd, both being previous winners of the tournament from 2002.

The half-time show then featured Justin Bieber, while Shakira and Burna Boy performed their official World Cup anthem ‘Dai, Dai’.
Coldplay’s Chris Martin curated the show, which extended well beyond the customary 15-minute interval for official FIFA matches, according to IFAB.
