Turkish National Team Players to Receive Luxurious Villas and Cash Bonuses After World Cup

Despite a disappointing showing at the 2026 World Cup, the players of the Turkish national team have some enticing rewards to look forward to. Each player will reportedly receive an elite villa in Bodrum along with substantial cash bonuses amounting to approximately $16 million.

The president of the Turkish football federation has reaffirmed his commitment to this initiative, stating, “I will keep my word. All necessary paperwork has already been approved, so construction will begin soon.” This assurance underscores the federation’s intentions to honor their promises despite the team’s early exit from the tournament.

Turkey ended the World Cup with just 3 points in their group, getting eliminated after only two rounds. This outcome makes the promises of villas and bonuses even more significant, as it reflects the federation’s appreciation for the players’ efforts.
