Wycombe Wanderers Sign Forward Cauley Woodrow from Luton Town
Wycombe Wanderers have completed the permanent signing of forward Cauley Woodrow from League One rivals Luton Town for an undisclosed fee.
The 31-year-old recorded six goals in 79 appearances for the Hatters, though he frequently featured as a substitute during his time at the club.
Woodrow spent the majority of last season on loan with Wycombe, where he finished the campaign as the team’s top scorer after netting 12 goals in 40 matches.
“He brings the technical quality to link the back to the front for us,” Wycombe’s director of football strategy and data intelligence, Tom Stockwell, told the club website.
“He’s also a top professional and character in the dressing room which is important for us to keep pushing forwards.”
Wycombe have not disclosed the length of Woodrow’s deal.
