The club concluded the fiscal year 2025/26 with total revenues amounting to €464.6 million, marking a significant shift as they face a net loss of about €24 million.

This is after the Rossoneri registered a profit for two years running, which was €2.9 million last season.

A large part of the loss stems from the club’s failure to qualify for any European competition, which resulted in a revenue shortfall of approximately €70-80 million.

This loss was only partially offset by an impressive €86 million profit from player sales and increased sponsorship revenues.

“These results demonstrate the resilience of our business model in a challenging season,” said Milan chairman Paolo Scaroni.

“Gerry Cardinale’s leadership, alongside RedBird’s long-term investment and operational expertise, has significantly contributed to the Club’s progress, focused on maintaining sporting competitiveness as a key priority.

The recent appointment of Massimo Calvelli as CEO aligns with this strategy. Additionally, the upcoming stadium project, which the design will be revealed today, is expected to be a transformative investment for AC Milan, its fans, the city of Milan, and Italian football.”

Meanwhile, a press conference is taking place today to unveil the final design for the new stadium, which will be constructed next to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, eventually replacing the iconic venue.

The two clubs, Inter and Milan, collaborated to acquire the land in the San Siro region in November 2025. Recently, this project received clearance after previously facing appeals aimed at blocking the sale.
