Barnsley Secures Connor O’Riordan on Loan from Blackburn
Barnsley has finalized a deal to acquire Blackburn defender Connor O’Riordan on a season-long loan, which includes an option for a permanent transfer next summer.
The 22-year-old player has previously represented the Republic of Ireland at the Under-21 level. Last season, he spent the first half on loan at Doncaster in League One. Upon returning to Blackburn midway through the season, O’Riordan made six appearances across all competitions for the Championship team.
