With this victory, the Royals captured two of three games in the series and now boast a remarkable record of 10 wins in their last 11 games. They have also secured four consecutive series victories, including two on the road after struggling with a 3-15-2 mark in earlier road series. Kansas City, which started the season tied with the Giants for the lowest road record in MLB, stands at 24-45 away from home this season.

Noah Cameron (9-8) had a solid outing, yielding six hits and two runs while striking out three across six innings.

Carter Jensen initiated the scoring with a 421-foot homer off Spencer Arrighetti at the start of the game. Vinnie Pasquantino followed up with a two-run homer that capped a six-run sixth inning, pushing the score to 10-0 in favor of the Royals.

Caglianone’s two-run homer in the ninth marked the final runs of the game.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. retained his spot as second in Toronto’s batting order, going 0 for 3. This season, Guerrero is facing difficulties, hitting a career-worst .260 with only seven home runs, none of which have come at home.
