Roma Prepares for Serie A Clash Against Udinese with Squad Rotation in Mind
Roma, supported by 5,000 fans, is gearing up to travel to Udine for their 10th matchday in Serie A, where they will face Runjaić’s team. Coach Gian Piero Gasperini is mindful of the packed schedule ahead, particularly with a Champions League match approaching in Manchester on November 3rd, and is looking to rotate his squad accordingly.
Ghilardi, who made a notable impact by assisting Mora in the final moments of the recent match against Cagliari, is eager to contribute again. The Giallorossi coach is expected to make defensive adjustments, where he has several options, and Ghilardi is in contention for a starting role.
Reports from Corriere dello Sport indicate that Daniele Ghilardi is poised to step in for Gianluca Mancini in Udine, as the manager considers resting the number 23. Additionally, there is a possibility that Ndicka might also sit out, allowing Balerdi to play, and with Hermoso secured on the left side. On the right, Lulli is projected to start, while Wesley will take the opposite flank. The midfield is set to include Cristante and Pisilli, with De Roon likely being rested, leaving Mora ready to partner Soulé in support of forward Malen.
