Ipswich Town Signs Midfielder Sasa Lukic from Fulham
Ipswich Town has secured the services of Serbia midfielder Sasa Lukic from Fulham for an undisclosed fee. The 29-year-old, who participated in 26 Premier League matches last season, has committed to a contract that runs until 2030.
“I can’t wait to play here as a home player,” Lukic expressed.
Lukic becomes the second player to transfer from Fulham this summer, following Morocco’s defender Issa Diop to the Suffolk club.
Lukic initially joined Fulham from Torino in January 2023 and has since made a total of 106 appearances for the Cottagers. Reflecting on his experience, Lukic noted, “I have played at Portman Road before in the Premier League and the atmosphere was one of the best I have experienced.”
With 62 international caps for Serbia, Lukic has represented his country in both the 2022 World Cup and the upcoming 2024 European Championship.

Before his time at Fulham, Lukic made 168 appearances over seven seasons with Italian club Torino, scoring 14 goals during his tenure.
