Headline: Several Premier League Clubs Pursue Key Summer Transfers

Aston Villa’s goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez, 33, will not be making a move to Juventus this summer after negotiations between the clubs fell through.

In the transfer market, Manchester City is eager to acquire Portugal winger Pedro Neto, 26, from Chelsea but faces stiff competition from Al-Hilal.

Real Madrid’s new manager Jose Mourinho has given the green light for a transfer involving Arsenal’s Spain midfielder Martin Zubimendi, 27.

Nottingham Forest has entered the fray to sign Liam Delap from Chelsea, with the 23-year-old English forward expressing a desire to remain in the Premier League. Everton currently leads the pursuit for Delap, as Chelsea has informed him that he is free to leave this summer.

Newcastle United is preparing a bid of €55 million (£47 million) for 25-year-old Georgias Mikautadze from Villarreal, who is also attracting interest from Barcelona.

Meanwhile, Nigeria forward Victor Osimhen, 27, has not dismissed the prospect of a summer departure from Galatasaray, with Arsenal reportedly interested.

Coventry City is closing in on an agreement to sign Sidiki Cherif, a 19-year-old forward from Fenerbahce.

Everton has set its sights on acquiring 27-year-old midfielder Marcus Tavernier from Bournemouth before the transfer window closes.

A deal for Leeds United’s Suriname forward Joel Piroe, 27, to join West Ham United is nearing completion.

Hull City is engaged in advanced discussions for a £21 million deal to bring in Andreas Tetteh from Panathinaikos, though Roma has also shown interest in the Greece international.

In other news, Manchester United is intensifying efforts to benefit from its academy, with English left-back Harry Amass, 19, potentially valued at around £7 million plus add-ons.

AC Milan manager Ruben Amorim has indicated that Youssouf Fofana will not be part of his season strategy, prompting interest in the 27-year-old midfielder from Nottingham Forest and Crystal Palace.

Finally, Atletico Madrid aims to outmaneuver Barcelona in securing the signing of Morocco midfielder Azzedine Ounahi, 26, who Girona has priced at approximately €25 million (£21.3 million).

Juventus pull out of move for Emiliano Martinez, Manchester City face competition for Pedro Neto and Real Madrid want Martin Zubimendi.
