Northampton Town Signs Midfielder Lee Evans to Strengthen Squad
Northampton Town has announced the signing of seasoned midfielder Lee Evans on a one-year contract.
The 32-year-old began his professional journey at Newport County, his hometown club, before moving to Wolverhampton Wanderers, where he contributed to winning the League One title in the 2013-14 season, making 26 league appearances during that year.
Evans has since achieved three additional promotions to the Championship while playing for Wigan Athletic, Ipswich Town, and Portsmouth.
