Roma is nearing the final stages of negotiations to secure Portuguese winger Rodrigo Mora from Porto.

Gianluca Di Marzio reports that, despite some bureaucratic issues, the club is optimistic that the signing of the 19-year-old will be finalized very soon.

Roma has agreed on a €25 million transfer fee with the Portuguese club, which includes a 50% sell-on clause for any future transfers. If Mora remains in Italy and is not sold by 2027, coach Gasperini’s team will need to pay an additional €25 million, which will eliminate the sell-on clause.

The Giallorossi have already reached a personal agreement with Mora and his representatives for a five-year contract at the Stadio Olimpico, leading to growing confidence among the Roman camp that the transfer will be completed shortly.
