Head coach Vitor Matos commented, “Tom is a promising young player who has qualities that give us something different in midfield. He is an aggressive player who is confident in driving forward with the ball at his feet, but he also works very hard defensively, while having the quality to pick out progressive passes.”
The midfielder could make his debut when the Swans host Watford on Tuesday, September 1, at 19:45 BST.
Iorpenda, who rose through the ranks at Brighton during his youth, spent the 2025-26 season on loan at Notts County, aiding them in their promotion from League Two through the play-offs.
